We serve as the Lead Consultant responsible for managing all six phases of the project—from initial feasibility study, design, tendering, and construction supervision through to post-completion handover.

Key Scope & Responsibilities:

• Site Survey & Assessment: Conducted comprehensive site surveys for a 3,510 sq. m. site currently featuring 9 single-storey vacant structures.
• Planning & Design: Spearheaded the planning application to convert the site into approximately 261 transitional housing units, each equipped with an independent kitchen and bathroom.
• Project Management & Coordination: Managed statutory submission coordination, stakeholder engagement, quality control, and testing/commissioning reports.
• Sub-consultant Management: Fully coordinated a multidisciplinary team of sub-consultants covering architecture, structural, and landscape engineering, alongside specialist engineering and assessment disciplines (including traffic, drainage, sewerage, water supply, environmental impact [air, noise, land contamination], ecology, geotechnical engineering, tree survey and preservation/compensation schemes, visual impact assessment, and planning layout).
